Do your websites validate?

Does it matter to you if your web pages pass HTML or CSS validation? What sort of validation errors do you let slide?

Sometimes CMS or other 3rd party plugins will generate invalid HTML that can't be helped, but what about stuff you've written?

I have never bother with that really. I think it is almost impossible to be 100% valid if your site is of any complexity at all, ironically, you would expect that html generated by a machine would be more close to being valid but that's not the case.

Being valid at all, its nice, but I can't think of a reason for it to be hurting you if you are not 100%, maybe from a SEO point of view being valid helps but unless your site is so messed up that it is actually failing to render properly on some devices it is my opinion that you shouldn't care much about it.
