Desktop PPI and Chrome Extensions?

Hi guys, i'm looking to promote some pay per install offers, I would prefer if I could host the file and change how it looks and feels, but i'm fine just starting anywhere. I made some decent profit with Revenyou in 2014 but I guess they're not around anymore, any network suggestions?
