EXACTLY! Develop the relationship! I've learned over a lifetime that noobs very often come into business without business relationship skills.

This has been one of my pet peeves from the beginning. We all need to have the skills to build a funnel, or a set of funnels, from start to finish. Otherwise we will not have the skills to departmentalize and successfully assign those departments to others and properly guide them and monitor them for performance.
