I think this is a Very difficult question to answer as it depends on Network, Offer, CPA Account etc. DM me we can discuss and resolve the issue as much as possible

We can check to see if it aligns with our TOS, you don't have to do that part.

If you mean the site/product/company/offer, whatever is genuine, unless it's obviously apparent, it would be discovered when/if that person submits a resource vendor application. At that point, it would be vetted and verified or rejected.

What it boils down to is, if it gets your spidey senses going, report it and we can at least figure out quickly if it violates our Terms of Service and/or needs some editing, deleting or posting guidance.

And if it is suspicious, thank-you for reporting it!
