I also ran an offer at popads.net from crakrevenue and I only managed to break even with costs of $1 CPM and revenue of about $0.89 CPM

Your bid with $0.004 is MUCH to high. Change this to something like $0.002 which is still much.

I tried Popads with an adult PPL offer from Crakrevenue.
I got 2500 views but 0 conversions.

CPM was 0.003 didn't use any landing pages.

Dont get married with offers. Try 10 - 20 different offers, different affiliate networks.
Dont stop until you find converting ones. After scale as much as you can.

@Taher Kumar after testing a lot on popads and popunder networks I have seen that page loading time is the most important factor.
An average popunder is closed within 2-3 seconds. So you need to take care of the page load time.

I suggest you create a pre-lander so that it can convert.

i've tried to use popads but after i deposit 30$ they suspended my account and when i contact the support they say "your campaign violate our tems and service conditions" while i didn't create any campaign + they didn't accept to refund me so i opened a dispute against them on paypal
