I have posted in the past but can't cut and paste a post in Firefox or Chrome

your mouse need a new battery (wireless)
sticky ctrl key?
can you copy and paste text from this webpage to a plain text editor like notepad, kate, gedit?
sound like a system problem
have you tried ctrl+c and ctrl+v with a desktop keyboard
I am assuming you are on a real comp (desktop or laptop)
