Call center guys, what is the difference between leads and loads?

I have been trying to read up on this but not much information on it.

This conversation came up when a partner of mine called me up that he is got good number of LOADS in USA Personal Finance: Payday loans, SSID-Disability applicants, Biz-ops, Mortgage, Mobile, coupons, gambling applicants et al and wanted us to discuss sales and what a view.

I kinda confused, but anyway, I'd like to ask the true meaning and the difference between the two.

I will appreciate responses here.
I truly want to learn.

I've never heard the term "loads," so I'm going to have to leave it to others to help you out with that.

It's Saturday evening here in the eastern time zone, so it may take a bit of time as not everyone works on weekends.

We don't know what LOADS means, never heard of that. Fapohunda need to ask this his data provider

I think he means either;

• the landing page for the leads VIEWS
• or the SUBMITS that were accepted as LEADS
