Seeking Help Bitly links getting restricted — what alternatives are you using?

Hey everyone,

Recently I started noticing more restrictions with Bitly links when running affiliate campaigns and sharing links in different platforms.

Because of that I’ve been looking into alternative short-link services that work better for marketing and traffic campaigns.

Right now I’m testing a few tools and one of them is Trastly, org, which attracted me with its (.google) domain links and seems to work quite well so far. I haven't faced any link restrictions yet.

I’m still testing different options though, so I’m curious:

What short-link services are you guys currently using for affiliate campaigns?

Looking for something reliable with clean domains and simple link generation.

Same story on our end. The public shorteners are all sharing reputation scores with each other at this point — once one gets flagged by a platform, the rest follow within a few weeks. Swapping shortener to shortener is usually a short-term fix at best.
What's worked longer term is self-hosting on a domain you own. A small VPS plus an open-source shortener script gets you past the blanket-domain blocks, and you get your own redirect logs which are surprisingly useful for debugging traffic drops that used to look like offer problems.
One caveat: even a clean custom shortener domain will get flagged if you point it straight at hostile destinations on paid-social traffic. If that's the use case, the shortener isn't the actual bottleneck. Worth separating the two problems before investing a ton of time picking the "right" shortener.
