Most cloaking setups won’t let you see the real page, especially if you’re coming from spy tools.
Spy platforms are better for understanding what angles and formats are working, not for copying landers 1:1.
If you’re new, I’d focus on learning how to build your own funnels rather than trying to crack someone else’s.

I'm spying on normal websites but with VPN so I know the guy he is using cloaking when i click I see the white page
I tried some proxies but it didn't work

While I do a lot of spying, I use two methods. I do a lot of my own research for angles, hooks, triggers, and landers. I heavily research with AdPlexity, Social AdScount, Anstrex, AdSpy, and SpyOver.
What I don't do is copy their landers. I look for the pitch type that is working and then I make my own versions of the copy and the lander with my own original (but similar) themes and graphics. I also make sure the funnel is set with each regions colloquial language.
Spying manually works sometimes and the intelligence platforms work sometimes.

Stop trying to crack cloaking and just learn from the angle/approach, then make your own version.
