Systematically. If you're not getting traffic, you're bidding too low. That's the basic idea.
Avoiding having biddings that are extreamly low because they will affect your traffic genartion. I will say that you need to be smart and have the offers that are average. In so doing, I do believe that you will be able to get more traffic from the offers. Try that and please post the progress so that we can be able to see the way forward on the very same matter.
