They can't seem to convert US or DE traffic worth a damn.

Hi Baidu is a Chinese company so their tool is Chinese mostly, seems no English option now. You want that all pages to be Engish vertison?

That's a huge project. Why don't use google translate?

Maybe he/she wants it to be understandable, when translating from Chinese to English (vise versa), due the the crazy grammar differences, you might sound like this :
