What is Omgili? This is a great search engine tool that specializes in finding out what people are talking about in, news groups, message boards, forum posts, question sites, and blog posts.
All you have to do is type in the key words and Omgili will list who is talking about this subject. If you had some good content or the answer to a particular question you could post on a blog for example to help that person out.
This is another way to establish new relationships, providing your services.
