I am wondering if anyone had success combining adult with gambling.
Pornhub setup a whole live casino and I guess their thinking was that whoever pays for porn would surely not mind a little bit of wagering either.
Seems like it's the same demographics and could convert well by setting the right geo-targeting as an affiliate of a casino operator.

Be careful! Many gambling advertisers do not accept any adult traffic! Carefully study the conditions of the offers! ;-)

Never tried to media buy adult traffic for gambling, but advertised gambling on adult site in the past. It didn't work that well, and that was with actual paying users (member area).

Everything is worth trying, but I guess a pre-sell and some incentive is needed. Wouldn't expect that much compared to some products that may be an easier sell with more mass appeal. And as mentioned the biggest and perhaps most fine tuned gambling outlets rarely accept adult traffic.

Tried a couple of years ago. Didn't work. Also beware that the majority of them do not accept adult traffic. So you will have to cloak if you really want to try it anyways

As mentioned a few times in the posts above, gambling and porn can go hand-in-hand.

Some of the key notes to look at is:
1. Understand your target market and incoming traffic
By understanding which country most of the traffic is coming from, you can create campaigns catered specifically for them. When I first started working with porn websites and blogs, the results weren't that good, but after requesting my affiliates' incoming traffic reports, I noticed most visitors were from a small handful of countries, and from there restrategized and started getting better results. Understanding your customers will make or break a campaign.

2. Language
Not everyone understands English, so brush up on your Google translate skills and make multiple banners with multiple languages.
