if yes, what kind of CPC are you getting on USA desktop traffic when buying on the big tube sites?

They publish their "recommended bids" based on their current bids like most ad DSP networks.

Register an account—if needed. You don't need to fund it immediately.
Just make a test campaign, select a manual start, get towards the end you will be asked to set your bid price and you will see their recommendations.

I stated in that very sentence that "five layers of traffic scrubbing now for pre-delivery of traffic.". I did not say five layers of traffic", I said five layers of traffic scrubbing"! They scrub the traffic for bots and spam.
