Hi, someone please give me an idea about 'how to proceed this non-usa tax for affiliate.'

Thanks Marc. I am residing in India and how to proceed the tax verification? will this revert back to amazon india or amazon usa? will this makes rejection in my application if I have to add my indian address? there a lot to ask. Please clarify me the issues. Thanks again.
