No. Affiliate program announcements must be posted at Affiliate Program Announcements and must comply with the rules outlined in that forum. All are subject to manual approval by Linda before they appear live.
Just an idea which you could consider? Why not write a blog about the niche of that affiliate product? Discover the keywords people are using to find solutions to problems or seeking answers to questions?
Try writing as if presenting a problem and giving a solution to that problem without mentioning the affiliate product. Have you purchased that affiliate product and tried it yourself? If so base your blog around the niche not the product.
Then find or create a free product to give away from an opt in box to get a list of people within that niche to sign up. Once they sign up offer more good tips in follow up emails before eventually adding a link at the end of more free help email to that affiliate product?
Always build lists because then you can market related products to them instead of a one time sale when they will be lost forever?
Just an idea you might want to think about? This way you could post this url to here because it is no longer an affiliate site?

P.S. Creating a 12 page free report isn't hard and can be completed in an hour or less?

The best way is to participate in these forums and give value. Ask and answer.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
