are there any shopify stores or affiliate which allow us to promote their websites in google searches (paid traffic)

Most will not allow you to bid their trademark(s) or business name.
Most will allow you to bid more generically a product with the product's name.
You would have to read the affiliate agreements (affiliate contract).

Back in the day 20 yrs ago maybe ...
Here's the thing:

1. Customer acquisition using SEM (search engine marketing) ads tends to be expensive $8-$15 (about) per customer acquisition or conversion.
2. This is for lower priced consumer type items (in my experiences --you results may differ).
3. The variable might be the ad bid cost and the conversion rate of the end product.
4. The ROMI factor may contribute a lot of future value --the total customer lifetime value (LV)

The LV value is the repeat purchases that will create revenue for you and most affiliates never see this or do not have the data to accurately estimate this ROMI LV return.

So, you need an initial commission that is high enough to cover the SEM ad cost and produce a reasonable first sale profit. Even if you can bid $0.40 you might need a $6.00 payout to break-even.
