I had the same issue getting replies until I started reaching out directly through LinkedIn. Also found that being part of relevant communities helps—join some like SHRM where you can connect with professionals more easily. The shrm membership cost isn’t too bad, and the access you get to people and resources is worth it if you’re serious about growing your offer.
