Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Type: Contract to start (fast path to long-term)
Comp: Strong monthly retainer + meaningful performance upside
Industry: Lead Generation, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing

Important: This is not an affiliate manager or account management role. There are no publishers tomanage, no daily reporting duties, and no campaign babysitting. This role is about sourcing, structuring,and scaling revenue partnerships tied directly to profit outcomes.



About Us​


We operate high-volume lead generation and affiliate marketing properties across financial assistance, legal, insurance, EDU, and home services.


We already generate consistent revenue and are now focused on scaling via direct advertisers, data buyers, and smarter monetization — not relying solely on networks or middlemen.


This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role, not a corporate partnerships position.




The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)​


We’re looking for a senior affiliate / partnerships operator to own and scale revenue through:


  • Direct advertiser & offer owner relationships
  • Data buyers (real-time, co-reg, aged, overflow)
  • Call centers & rev-share monetization
  • Offer optimization and monetization strategy
  • Margin expansion by cutting out brokers and weak networks

You’ll be taking warm leads from conferences, partners, and existing relationships — and turning them into real, scalable revenue.


This role has real ownership and upside.




What Success Looks Like​


  • Bringing on new direct advertisers and data buyers
  • Improving EPC, margins, and scalability
  • Monetizing overflow and rejected leads
  • Launching new partnerships quickly (not endless “BD calls”)
  • Thinking in terms of CPA / CPL / EPC / LTV, not slide decks



Who This Is For​

  • Have 3+ years in affiliate marketing or lead gen
  • Have worked with networks, direct advertisers, or publishers
  • Know how to evaluate offers quickly
  • Understand exclusive vs shared, caps, quality rules
  • Can negotiate deals without hand-holding
  • Are comfortable being judged on results, not activity



Who This Is NOT For​


Please do not apply if you:


  • Only have brand or influencer marketing experience
  • Come from corporate partnerships with no performance accountability
  • Need rigid structure or hand-holding
  • Have never negotiated CPA / CPL deals

If you’re confident in your ability to produce, this role can out-earn a traditional affiliate manager salary.
