You will take full ownership of our affiliate operation, which currently includes 30–35 partners, and build a scalable, data-driven, high-performance traffic ecosystem.

About the Role
This is a full-time, senior-level position. You will report directly to the Founder (with a future handover to our incoming CMO) and be responsible for the full affiliate lifecycle: relationship management, partner recruitment, tracking, optimisation, and internal systems.We are not looking for someone to learn on the job. We are looking for someone who has already operated in this type of environment and can immediately elevate our existing program by bringing their experience into our business.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise relationships with ~35 current affiliates
- Proactively recruit and close new, high-quality traffic partners
- Design and maintain internal systems for affiliate tracking, CRM, and reporting
- Distribute content, tracking links, and regular performance feedback to affiliates
- Conduct performance reviews and implement strategy improvements
- Identify top-performing affiliate types and actively source similar partners
- Ensure synergy with the internal Media Buyer - manage lead flow overlap and maintain clear deal segmentation (affiliate vs. CPL)
- Collaborate with the Client Manager to ensure affiliates receive timely content and materials
- Report weekly on traffic performance, ROI, and affiliate growth metrics
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:- 4+ years affiliate management in adult, crypto, gambling, or blackhat verticals
- Demonstrated success overseeing 5–6 figure/month affiliate portfolios
- Familiarity with platforms like Telegram, affiliate forums, traffic networks, cloaking, and affiliate attribution tools
- High competence in affiliate tracking and performance analytics
- Experience building scalable management systems reporting, partner lifecycle documentation)
- Strategic relationship builder who knows how to motivate affiliates toward mutual growth
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts
- Effective communicator with strong follow-through and documentation habits
- Operator who works autonomously, takes initiative, and resolves problems proactively
- Ability to work discreetly in grey/blackhat ecosystems while maintaining professional standards
Success Metrics
- Grow our affiliate base to 100+ high-performing partners
- Increase traffic-driven revenue on a month-over-month basis
- Maintain high retention of top affiliates through performance insights and personalised support
- Deliver a complete affiliate management and performance plan within 30 days of start
- Ensure clear coordination and non-overlap with internal paid media operations
- Demonstrate proactive sourcing and closure of quality partners monthly
