I think it's only possible in cooperation with one of the persons (performers) on cam.
Demii is using her cam page on Chaturbate to convert the traffic to her cam

Been there done that years ago. If it was that lucrative (as an affiliate) I would still be doing it.
Cam performers actually complain sometimes when affiliates use their images to promote their webcams without permission --did you know that --probably not.
I can see you have never worked one-on-one with cam performers or porn models
Unless you can script and control/manage a link redirection server --you will get cheated often.
I recall years ago, a cam model I did some webmaster work for, finished college and got her accounting degree; she wanted me to take all her sites down and remove any trace of her 'former life'. I did, as I understood her need to cover her tracks. No big deal, she had not been working for a while --but she did have the copyright and the right of personality of her images, videos, etc ...
Porn, cams and any adult stuff is dealing with and selling people --not only about SEO and 'traffic'.
Most cam performers want some anonymity and not SEO fame --truth. They use stage names and are not so exact about their location as well as having to deal with some 'fans' that are really stalkers or overly obsessed.
We are not talking about merchandise on a shelf --this is a people business.

But I have 100k+ emails, but i don't email them on weekly basis.
Pretty high CR of a steady 20% the last few times.

Occasionally I email them. If I have a new offer..
I just write that they can meet me on xxx.xxx (offer link). Sometimes I include some pictures, most of the times I don't because it doesn't really matter.
