Add a resource without it being deleted

I tried to add an affiliate program as a resource but it was deleted. I am not sure why and who to contact to see if we can get it added back.

There is no instant approval as I told you before -- @T J Tutor is the Admin and he approves all vendors manually after the verification steps are achieved. I tagged him in this post --he may have taken some time off for the Memorial Day 3 day holiday weekend in the US. All submission are in a waiting queue of 2-3 business days M-F (US Holidays excluded). Thank you for you patience ...
