A newbie proposition

Hi guys !

I want to learn how to build a perspective websites and earn money on them.

I'm looking for an experienced webmaster with whom I'll work and learn.

A small intro
I'm a sysadmin which lose their job, I'm too angry, I want to have own web project which will bring a money.
Skills:
about 9 years of the linux system administration
programming, linux, C
web: ruby on rails, cakephp.
bash, perl, ruby, php

It not a CV, therefore I will not say here a lot of things about me.
