    Well, you can try some basic promoting of your website, like flyers. I did this with a website of mine and it worked...2000 visitors in its 6th day of 'life'.

    Anytime if you ask me :) they're visited continuously and if you keep your facebook and twitter updated, traffic should come instantly.

    Dreamweaver CS4 vs. Wordpress?

    When it comes to Dreamwaver, you can design your site from scratch, make it as you wish...but it's a bit hard if you ask me. Wordpress instead is easier to use and you can customize it pretty damn much...they're a lot of plugins and addons that you can use.
