I'm just passing through and thought I'd pick to questions from your list to answer quick; I only have a few minutes to kill...
Sure, if the affiliate program provides them to you. Many programs will provide you the code and links to their images that you can...
I made money before I knew what affiliate marketing was back in 2002?.. I was an insurance agent and built a website so I had a domain name to put on my business cards - to show off to offline clients. I had no idea about making money online.. didn't care. Just wanted to sell more policies...
Have fun! :D
...the key to success is to quit if you don't make $50 a day after a month. oh, wait.. I think I have that backwards or something. lol.. where are my notes. :(
This is brilliant! :) ...as soon as I read the title I had several of those pop in my mind immediately that she listed. A few are dependent on the affiliate network and capabilities.. so it doesn't all come down on the merchant. Well it does.. change aff networks. lol
I could add to the...
There isn't one right answer.. depends on your model, keyword, marketing and traffic goals. There isn't one way to develop and drive traffic to a site.. I have sites I spend a majority of my time back linking.. but then I have a profitable growing network of sites where I spend no time...
.. I've found it's meaningless (or a joke) if you aren't getting what you think you deserve or want. It's meaningful if you get equal to or more than you think you deserve. At least psychologically.. :p
There are anomalies.. I had a PR4 domain I did a 301 redirect with to a new domain. Same...
I've discovered it's easy to get passionate about any niche if it makes you money.:cool: ..then you can just get passionate about discovering those income streams.
And I agree with Linda.. outsource. Personally I love two parts of my business the best; niche research.. finding great...

Good answer!
Chart should be updated to include Nanacast.. very popular these days (at least with the IM crowd and friends of mine). Actually wish I'd have given it more thought when I moved to JAM.
Check out this features list! http://nanacast.com/docs/features
I own and use Market Samurai and Micro Niche Finder.. I believe these are the best solutions for keyword research today. imho..
I would just say that MNF is a bit more newbie friendly.. and offers a simpler, more straightforward interface and system to find good niches. but, if you are...
So true! ...the wake up call for me was realizing just because a sales page says I'm missing some vital piece of information or secret.. or my business isn't going anywhere without their product... it doesn't mean it's true or I have to buy it. ;)
There has to be a point you decide you know...
Thanks Linda.. WooHoo! Glad that helped out.. I love it. I've used a variety of solutions in the past, but when I started using Toodledo everything else paled in comparison. I just love their interface and how configurable and flexible it is..
Good luck with your consulting biz! :)

The end of all communications in business online and offine as we know it.. everything is spam.
No more posting in the forum here; there could be a benefit.. No more replying to someone on twitter because there could be a benefit. No more liking someone's page on facebook or adding a nice...
I'm wondering how isnare is these days.. I used them a few years ago and there was a point they got super, super behind getting articles out. If you are someone else uses it, I'd love to know what the submit time is today.
Today I do a combination of manual article directory submits and use...
Pete, others may mind, but you don't have to be sorry to me, lol.. it's the internet right? Older topics can stay relevant for long periods of time and as long as it's on topic, why not make it a more valueable thread by adding your thoughts... it gets indexed and someone can still find gold...

For example, I'm a big fan of PPC to test and find markets to expand in to.. with niche sites. If I had to start all over...
What I'd recommend is to start with some starter content before applying to an aff program if you can. Some aff programs will want to see you have a site related to their market; not a blank site.. the better quality and established the better. And that will give you something to start working...
