How about using a "priority" column so you can easily switch entries around and allow you to order the questions quickly within the SQL SELECT statement?

Since I hate using the phone, offering phone support isn't going to increase the companies "worth" to me unless its something more than hosting/dedi (i.e. transit/etc).
Also any "internet company" that requires me to use the phone makes me cringe and that includes Nominet and thier "you cannot...
If your looking at a small search engine say for a niche, mnogosearch might be of some use as well as the many other off the shelf search engines.

On the desktop I'm still a Windows XP user, I've tried using kde/gnome in the past, but I just don't seem to be as productive using it as I am with Windows.
On the server front mostly Linux, but I do recommend/support some Windows/Exchange combos where they provide a better solution to some...
I also only blog about once every 3-4 months and normally I only blog about technical issues related to what I'm doing at the time in case I have a brain fart or some other crazy fool tries to do what I was doing ;).

I've managed a few UK2 servers for clients recently and support was lacking which is a real shame as at one point I was getting more sense out of UK2 support than I was Rackspace.

I use a mix of shared, dedicated and colo.
For dedicated I use GNAX in the US/PoundHost in the UK and Kewlio for colo - happy with them all really :)
I also have a shared account with DreamHost for a couple of sites hosting images. Support/Sales are clueless but if it goes down I'm not really...
I have ~160 domains on one IP and quite a lot of them link to each other and they range from Google PR3-PR6 (and a new one at PR0) so I don't think it does them any hard from what I see.

No thanks life is too short - I hate it due to practical reasons, mostly the way Windows Mail sucks big time in its handling of large numbers of mails via IMAP (I'm talking millions) which work well with Outlook Express and XP (I haven't found a commercial email client that works as well either...
