XML-RPC Server Software

I'm working on the laying the foundation of my first "2.0" web site. Does anyone know of a quality off-the-shelf XML-RPC server script that allows for easy scaling? Any input in this realm would be appreciated as it's definitely pushing my "techspertise" quite a bit.

NOTE: I thought I was really witty by coming up with "techspertise" a minute ago and rushed off to register it at Go Daddy. Nada...somebody already thunk that up long ago. Dohhh!
