rss xml to socialmedia

Hey
Anybody knows of a service that, can take my xml/rss feeds, and post new items made in those feeds instantly to socialmedia, like instagram, facebook, twitter and so on?

That's very doable with twitter's api for developers -- I have done that in the past.
You can autopost to your own account --within the content rules of the site.
The feed has to be owned by you or you have full permissions to use it.
