Will Google Rank Your Content if you Use AI to Write Your Content?

As a starting point I use AI to write my page, then I add stuff such as whole sections and sentences here and there (plus word changes) to make it more specific to the content I am writing about. This can be for a service page or a blog page.

I was wondering, will Google rank my content the same as everyone else?

That’s tricky for SEO—maybe closer to “no.”

Landing page copy depends a lot on your initial ideas and how you express them to AI. If it’s pure AI-generated text, it may or may not convert well.

"Great read! I've experimented with AI content and noticed some of my posts still rank decently—especially when I add my personal insights and restructure the flow. It seems like Google’s focus on helpfulness is key, no matter how the content is produced."

Well i think its not that bad

But if you compare with a original text and you want to rank the same i will tell you the right answer

The answer its a big NO google wants fresh and original content .So you cant compare original with ai content

Yes, Google can rank AI-written content if it’s helpful, original, and meets search intent. Focus on quality, relevance and user experience; not just who or what wrote it.

try using AI to help you to write your own content
outline the 'talking points'
the you need to be a human creator from that point
maybe use AI to correct grammar errors, spelling errors—but keep the 'thought process your own

AI content generation is predictable and rather obvious—when you follow the outlined process above you may get positive SEO results

Thank you. I'll try using it as a guide then.

using AI as a starting point and then layering in original insights, examples, and edits is actually a solid strategy. google’s algorithms primarily focus on helpful, original content—not necessarily how it was made. If your final version brings real value to the reader and isn’t just regurgitated AI fluff, you're in a good spot.
that said, ranking also depends on factors like topical authority, internal linking, UX, backlinks, and technical SEO. even great content can get buried without those foundations. we work with a lot of affiliates who generate content like this and drive performance traffic to it via CPC/CPM campaigns—so SEO isn't their only bet.
are you aiming to rank organically only, or are you combining it with paid traffic or other distribution methods?
