That we can support. The other, no.

We have about a bazillion and a half affiliate networks and programs in our Resources section. I'm sure all, or almost all, have offers that allow email marketing. Just make sure that your list subscribers are opt-ins, so you don't run into trouble.

It's tough to use these lists sometimes. Are they SOI or DOI and when they signed up for the list did they authorize sharing their email with third parties?

SOI and yes, they did authorize sharing

So, do you know what niche sites they signed up on? You need to be able to find a way to separate them into interests lists to maximize the usefulness of the list.
