@Adextrem you are correct - there are decent prices to be had if you are willing to surrender all power as a customer and guarantee them your payment for the next 24 or 36 months. However, in my experience, many companies tend to take their foot off the gas when they know they are guaranteed $$$ for an extended period of time.

@icecream55 I would recommend you invest a bit of your time in the trackers that offer you the chance to try their solutions for free. There are a number of us who offer a free trial, and you can use this time period to give yourself a chance at seeing what it will be like to be a daily user.

Remember, your tracking platform is going to be at the heart of your business, so it's imperative that they be willing to offer you the best in service and they be invested in your long-term success. I'd be happy to have you give Thrive a shot, but I encourage you to look at other platforms as well.

Also, make sure you pick a platform that has a reputation for offering great support and will help you learn the system in its entirety. Service matters!

hey dude, unfortunately, you got it right with Voluum, but what i will like to tell you is that you already have the answer over there, Voluum is the best according to me, even though it's quietly expensive, if you can make some sacrifices to afford their package, i think it will be worth it!

I can suggest RedTrack if you're searching for something that is more affordable but still provides you all the features. Also, a great alternative to Trackers that you mentioned would be @Binom Tracker, but it's self-hosted.

While Voluum is good or maybe even the best, at the end of the day, it's just a tracker... one of the many components that make up a marketer's machine... the last thing I'd want is there to be a fluctuating pricing structure at my data analytics service provider's end... as it is, traffic sources don't go easy on us marketers, with frequent compliance and other policy changes.. so, yeah.. all the best is all I can say...

Voluum's been on the market the longest among cloud-hosted trackers and for 5 years we haven't changed the pricing structure once, whereas, in general, for SaaS solutions price increases happen more often.
We've eventually decided to raise the prices, though have in mind it was a one-time increase - they haven't gone up since. The "fluctuating pricing structure" you mention actually comes from some discount campaigns we've introduced since

Well, my comparison of Voluum would be with other tracking service providers, not ALL SaaS products in the market. Different needs, different solutions right? And I haven't seen price change happening with 2 of the service providers I have been with, in over 3 years. Well, as for the fact that the pricing hasn't changed in over 5 years, imagine, one fine day, your credit card company decided to charge you 100% more in interest charges, just because they've not done it in last 5 years, is that a logic you'd be willing to buy?... And as for the discount, you can't just increase price by over 100% and then offer a 50% discount and call it a discount... give me a break.. there's something called as "change management", basically to do with you preparing people for any massive change that might happen, you can't just drop an e-mail one fine day and say, hey, the price is going up by over 100% and expect people to be fine with it...

But remember, your customers are also "stakeholders" and as such they should also have a say in it, especially when it's something as critical as pricing (as it directly impact the operating costs). You could've provided the additional features as addon, but then...

I'd like to add that Kintura has more powerful AI Traffic Distribution than any other tracker on the market. Not only that, I'm pretty sure your Voluum custom domains are CNAME pointers which can take seconds (not milliseconds) to respond in many geos.

Kintura will always be the cheapest. Not because we're less powerful but because we have more efficient architecture.
