which technical skills are a must?

hey Charles,
Nobody has asked my questions and here they are:

1) which technical skill sets are a must for affiliate marketing?
html? css? javascript? what about php? are you good at all of them?

2) Where can we learn more about landing pages?
I mean how to design them, how to split test etc etc

The only technical skill that's a must is probably understanding Tracking. Setting it up, utilizing tokens, etc.

- Everything else such as graphics and landing pages can be outsourced, though I believe everyone should know basics php and html. You can learn for free from codeacademy.com

- I don't think there are any good sources out there for landing pages right now which is probably why everyone steals each other pages. Hopefully I can start writing more on the subject.
