Which PPV for Windows repair utility?

Hello!
I'm a novice in PPV, but I heard that this type of ads works good with Windows desktop repair/optimization software.
I have my own Windows repairing offer. Not worse than competitors products.
Please help me select best network for 1st attempt.
As I understand, I have to target to URLs of differnt sites about Windows and computers.
Any advices are very important for me.

Is PPV still good for Windows software? I used box of ads and didn't find anything interesting about our competitors.

I been doing PPV for a while and usually promote Antivirus Software and to be honest it does really good.
Simple suggestion get yourself a account with a popular PPV network and simply target urls of competitor software.

I would go for 50onred which is RTX now they have a minimum of $500 deposit by credit card or any deposit via wire transfer or try Selfavertiser I think the first deposit is $100 and they take PayPal.
yoy also have ZeroPark which is hard to get approved so I suggest trying the first too because they allow targeting using keywords.
