I have several well aged content sites (8 years) in LATAM focused on lux travel. I target their upper and upper middle class geos. They have been strong and growing for quite some time. It is the emerging populations in LATAM that seem to be getting strong now for more traditional CPA within their labor class. General populations in LATAM are getting stable in their working classes and that opens up the opportunities for getting funnels established in many areas. Just be sure to use locals for translation because each regions colloquial languages are significantly different most of the time.
