Where can I find clients for Web Development?

@T J Tutor , thank you so much for such a detailed answer.

I spent a lot of time working for myself, but now I have time to fulfill interesting orders/projects for someone.
So I'll wait, maybe someone here will be interested in creating a quality project or turning his business idea into reality.
I'll be glad to help.

So, doing business on AffiliateFix will have the same requirements as everyone of the 1200 vendors already here with promoting and recruiting privileges. You must be a registered and approved vendor here. No exceptions. This is true on most any community platform in our industry. The reasons are simple, we do everything we can to protect our members from mediocre and or unprofessional industry sources. We get hundreds of registrations a month and more than two thirds are immediately rejected for trying to be approved without meeting the requirements clearly posted on the requirements and instructions page.

Try joining niche forums or Telegram groups where startup founders or marketers hang out. Direct contact works well there.

but you'll usually need a premium membership to offer your services there.

This is the case with any of the prominent forums and communities out there because there are such an abundance of unsophisticated, over selling, under performing individuals out there. Communities simply protect their members by vetting the vendors before presenting them to their members.
