Facebook sets user experience as a priority, so advertising shouldn't ruin it. Therefore you will see that Facebook clearly doesn't allow rotators (like Smartlinks and similar algorithms), Adult content, misleading content (when the final product or service is not the same as was initially promised), CPA advertising.
