What offers are good for novelty Twitter accounts with 1M followers

Hello,

I have a friend who has a twitter account with more than 1 M followers. He is making money by driving traffic to a image gallery site with adsense. He has tried out cpa with very less success as there aren't many networks that like twitter traffic. He got some success while he was promoting zoosk and some emoticon generating apps. But that is it.

Can you guys suggest any good network with good offers for twitter?

I would recommend to your friend that he attempt to build a mailing list with his AdSense site and tie the galleries he has into CPA offers. All Day is a great example.
