-install to register rate
-login rate
-retention rate (days can be variable)
-register to purchase rate
-basket size

If we are talking about leads;
-recharge rate
-post register activities

EPC can be important too

But would you consider your time as a factor of ROMI?
 
Nope only if you pay some employees --tax destructibility
you could include some proforma cost for your time to create a comparison evaluation I suppose
