For app installs in US, Meta is usually the most stable source if tracking and creatives are set correctly.
Propeller can work for volume, but quality varies, so test small and optimize placements.

If you’re targeting the US, it’s worth testing native traffic alongside push. MGID can work well for VPN offers, especially with content-style creatives and a good pre-lander. Mixing a few traffic sources usually gives better results than relying on just one.

From my experience, Tier 1 traffic (US/UK/CA/AU) usually performs best for app installs, especially on iOS. Android can scale more but quality varies a lot.
