What is considered static and dynamic content?

What parts of a website are considered static and dynamic content? Are scripts such as geo location calling or carrier calling considered dynamic? What do and don't you put in a CDN?

static is the output (HTML , css,Js Etc).
dynamic part happens in the server using languages (PHP,python,ruby,mysql....etc)

Webpages come with loads of dynamic content these days and varies based on data input provided by the visitor on the site and depends on the options chosen by the visitor navigating the site.

Dynamic Content
If a visitor is on a product page, the product images and descriptions are stored in a database and then fetched when the user is viewing the product’s page. The content is being generated dynamically and changes from product to product.

Static Content
The content that remains same from page to page is the static content. This is often provided from a database also and can be same on all pages or only on one of the pages.
