We need leads for B2C

I run an insurance company and we currently do high volume PPC. We are currently generate 1000+ leads a day and need to get to 2000. We are looking for a strategic partner that, "has been there before". We have never done anything other than PPC and am not interested in learning at this point. Just would like to find a partner to do it for us.
