WA State is Sueing Adscend Media

I don't want to comment on this case yet, but I wonder who it could change email marketing. I don't see how a state could apply the canspam act on this case. But we shall see.

Damn and i always saw Adscend as straight white hat network? $500 per case - anyone know how much they are trying to get from them? This is crazy surely every network will get attacked?

I guess all networks that is based in the US - Not seeing all these suits happening to international networks!

I think FaceBook pages are going to get hammered as promo methods, unless they win the case and they don't have to do anything to stop that.
