How about local business in 2nd and 3rd tier -- they buy stuff too --ya know?
I ban VPN, tor and proxied traffic the best I can from my servers ... for good reason ...
When I can ship to these countries and can meet the price they can pay ...maybe things will change ...

It's a WW offer but does very well in these geos DE, FR, AU, CA, US, UK, PT, BE, NI. Payout depends on traffic source but it is around the $35 mark on a CPA. No its not VPNHub Currently we have FB traffic running it.
