Voluum not tracking conversions

Hi there. I am having problems with voluum, For 23/09/2014, voluum is showing only 2 clicks and no conversion, but when i go into my peerfly account it is showing 3 clicks and 1 conversion. i tried looking at the sub id 1,2,3 but it comes up with none. i followed everything in lukes guide but voluum isnt tracking properly.

could it be that i have set a global postback rather than a specific one for each offer on peerfly.
please help

Are you passing the click subid?

Your offer link should look like: http://trkur.com/xxxx/xxxx?s1={clickid}

This will pass the {clickid} token to the network.

Postback url should look like: http://xxxxx.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid=%subid1%&payout=%commission%

Your setup is correct.

On PeerFly check your reports to see if the {clickid} token is being passed onto PeerFly. If not, then have word with Voluum's support because Voluum is not passing the {clickid} token.

If the reports shows some values for subid 1 then you might need to talk to your AM.

Also, if you have setup offer specific postback it will override your global postback.

What is Clickid token?.

I just went into my peerfly account and checked my reports by offer and it comes up with the offers im promoting and the clicks they have recieved.

When i click on the subid1 it comes up with none.

I'l have a word with voluum and my Am to see what they say

I checked again after a while and it seems to be working , but i dont know what it means. there are these weird letters and numbers coming up for subid1, i dont know what to make of them.

Yeah. Its working now.
Each click gets a unique of those.
The postback should work now, and voluum should be able to track conversions now.

It's working now, it is tracking conversions but it's not showing the revenue i generated, that coloumn comes up as $0.

i set the payout as auto. Anything i can do to fix this?

Check your postback url, for auto pay to work you to pass &payout=%commission%
