can someone please recommend me some good video editing tool for making fast videos for Instagram and Facebook?

I use Camtasia and filmore for editing my videos and recording screen..

Try Canva! They have already made templates for Instagram and FB, you can just edit on them ..
I kow it's basically for images, but they hae also videos, or you can use a combination between camtasia and canva..
I think you got what I mean .. quarry advantage of each of them
