Unable to register with CPAHub.io

I have registered with CPAHub.io for some time now and my account was never confirmed. What seems to be the problem?

Keep in mind, they may have emailed you and you did not respond. They may have tried to call you and you didn't take the call. So many reasons and keep in mind these companies are dealing with perhaps as many as thousands of applications at a time.
