Trying to find out if I can use an e commerce website for affiliate with amazon

My name is Jimmy Alcorn,( NEWBIE) can I use an e commerce theme for amazon affiliate
without using the carts etc.,?? Otherwise how do I delete and start over with a new theme? Thanks
