Hi so i tried sending around 500 emails and the open rate is 10 however 7 out of them are by this : YahooMailProxy; Why is Yahoo Mail Proxy reading my site? | Yahoo Help - SLN28749


as i understand this is a yahoo bot ?
also none of the gmail recipients got my email not in inbox nor in spam ?

Hey, I'm pretty sure that your PMTA configuration is messed up somewhere. Are you managing it by yourself or do you have someone who knows their way around server & networking. You will also have to whitelist the IP's. It takes a lot of preparation to run a custom email server.

Unless you are familiar with it, I'd suggest get help from professionals. That will benefit you in the long run.

Why not you go to SMTPHELP and send ticket to them they are offering free POWERMTA and SMTP support. JUst send ticket with your server details they will fix it for you.
