can somebody suggest me some traffic sources for pop up calls. and if some expert can help on adwords cloaking for calls. it would be of great help. ready to pay for the help but not upfront.

AdWords cloaking??? Why would you need that? Can't you just create an account and start a campaign targeting calls?

No coz google does not allow tech support nor direct pop up, thats the reason we use cloaking !!
