I have been seeing some extensions are popping up offer traffic pages like freecreditscore, etc.
Can anyone help, what kind of traffic is this ?
Who provide this traffic ?

These are similar to in app offers. They can be productive, but you really need to have the demographics and geos dialed in to make it work. Not all offer such targeting.

1. Paid ads are the most common way
2. There are some bundling models with extensions can produce well

What i know and found out, there are extensions like weathernearme, recieipiefinder, etc detecting website, and then redirecting traffic in new tab or some time same tab.

i need to know what format of ads it is, and who are the provider.

I would think that information is decided by the extension provider or the ad network if not going direct.

who are the provider

Most of the extension owners use ad networks, but some prospect ad buyers manually.

I really haven't had any time to research it myself. I know they did get a Microsoft award for their business. Maybe they provide the uses after sign up, or perhaps it on a specific schedule of some sort.
